Dataventure strengthens its offering with The Ramp

Paris, February 5, 2025 - Dataventure, subsidiary of EDG and expert in Data and Performance Marketing, announces the integration of The Ramp, AdTech specialist in multi-local ad buying. This strategic alliance strengthens Dataventure 's Local Marketing vertical and consolidates its position as a key player for advertisers, in a context of increasing digitalization of local strategies, marked by the gradual disappearance of paper leaflets. With this acquisition, Dataventure Group is aiming for sales of €30 million and 140 employees by 2025.

Founded in 2019, The Ramp has established itself as a preferred partner of major retailers such as McDonald's, Sport2000 and Franprix. Its technology, deployed centrally or distributed, enables advertisers to effectively manage their local campaigns by aggregating direct and digital marketing levers, and to offer their outlets harmonized communication autonomy. This partnership with Dataventure, with whom The Ramp already works for several advertisers, is part of a shared vision: to combine technology, business expertise and support to help brands deploy scalable, high-impact multi-levier digital strategies.

By combining their expertise, Dataventure and The Ramp now offer a complete solution covering all the levers of local advertising, combining direct and digital marketing.
