GDPR training on arrival

As soon as they join the company, our employees receive dedicated training in the key principles of the GDPR, supplemented by a module tailored to their business scope. To support this approach, we provide them with practical fact sheets designed in-house, as well as support materials from the Collectif pour les Acteurs du Marketing Digital, to encourage the appropriation of best practices on a daily basis.

Our DPO and our teams regularly monitor legislation, CNIL recommendations and European decisions. This information is shared with the relevant departments to ensure constant alignment with current regulations.

Controlling subcontracting

We strictly frame our agreements to guarantee quality and security. All contracts signed with our subcontractors specify the responsibilities of each party and include an appendix dedicated to personal data, with an obligation to comply with the GDPR.

Dedicated GDPR compliance team

Our GDPR compliance is ensured by an internal and external legal team. It supports us on data protection actions, regulatory documentation, training, and internal controls. Since 2018, we have been working with Perspectives Law Firm, a key player in our compliance strategy in all our markets.

Publisher data license

The data we use is supplied under license by partner publishers, enabling it to be used in a compliant, profile-rich way. This data is distinct from our proprietary data , which remains exclusive to Dataventure.
