Clear and accessible GDPR documentation
To guarantee the transparency of our practices, we provide comprehensive documentation on our GDPR compliance. It enables our customers to better understand the legal, technical and organizational principles that frame our data management.
A concrete commitment to a culture of compliance
Internal awareness-raising, regulatory monitoring and active participation in professional bodies: we take action at every level to guarantee responsible and transparent data processing.

GDPR training on arrival
As soon as they join the company, our employees receive dedicated training in the key principles of the GDPR, supplemented by a module tailored to their business scope. To support this approach, we provide them with practical fact sheets designed in-house, as well as support materials from the Collectif pour les Acteurs du Marketing Digital, to encourage the appropriation of best practices on a daily basis.
Anticipating change for better adaptation
Our DPO and our teams regularly monitor legislation, CNIL recommendations and European decisions. This information is shared with the relevant departments to ensure constant alignment with current regulations.

Participating in the construction of responsible standards
Dataventure is actively involved in leading organizations such as the CPA (where our co-founder Boris Bronkhorst sits on the Board of Directors) and Alliance Digitale. Alongside our partner law firm, Perspectives, we are helping to drive industry standards in ethics, transparency and GDPR compliance.

A label attesting to our high standards and reliability
The Privacy Protection Pact label attests to our commitment to rigorous standards of personal data protection. It underlines the soundness of our internal practices and confirms our determination to maintain a high level of compliance for our partners.
