Europcar Mobility Group selects Equancy and Dataventure to Accelerate Its Global CRM Transformation

Paris, February 6, 2024 – Europcar Mobility Group (EMG), the number one car rental company in Europe and a key player in mobility solutions, has chosen Equancy and Dataventure – a company of the European Digital Group – to lead the global CRM transformation of all its brands across 13 countries.

Equancy becomes the strategic CRM partner of the e-Commerce division. The consulting firm specializing in strategy, data, and digital transformation will redesign EMG’s customer strategy and CRM activations, omnichannel approach, customer segmentation, and campaign execution—leveraging the latest innovations in generative AI, data science, and analytics. The operational execution of the strategy will be managed by Dataventure.

By selecting Equancy and Dataventure, Europcar Mobility Group has chosen a resolutely innovative approach to CRM. As a pioneer in data science and AI applied to performance marketing and customer engagement, Equancy, in partnership with Dataventure, aims to significantly increase CRM’s business contribution for EMG.
